DESCRIPTION |
| Theory: Central dogma of molecular biology, DNA-Genomics, RNA-Transcriptomics, Protein-Proteomics, Northern blotting, PCR gene amplification, microarray technology and its applications including microarray production, sample preparation, hybridization, image analysis, data normalization and data analysis. Practice: Complete workflow of a typical microarray experiment including RNA reverse transcription, fluorescent dye labeling, hybridization onto an in-house made 30K microarray, image analysis, data normalization and data analysis. |
