INSTITUTE OF BIOMEDICAL INFORMATICS
THALLINGER LAB

The Thallinger Lab as part of the Institute of Biomedical Informatics is committed to bioinformatics in molecular biomedicine and biotechnology and explores molecular mechanisms in human diseases and organisms important in biotechnological applications.

Our topics cover research from cells to in vivo studies, management and processing of high-throughput screening data as well as the development of databases and tools for their computational analysis.

The international and interdisciplinary team of bioinformaticians, biomedical engineers, chemical engineers, and mathematicians at our lab builds a creative and inspiring environment to address hot topics in life sciences.
